District West Gables Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.

If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about in Miami, Florida!

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, please contact a locksmith if necessary.

District West Gables offers multiple parking options, so your arrival home from an exciting day in West Miami is even easier. Parking options include general, reserved, EV, and tandem, and range in price from $75 to $150/month.

These Miami apartments offer a plethora of amenities our residents love. Instantly when you arrive at the property, you will love the modern-luxe atmosphere of the starlight lounge, the two pools with lounge chairs where you can relax and unwind after your work week, the gym where you can crush your latest fitness goals, the movie theater, and so much more! We also provide a dog park, so your furry friends experience the District West Gables lifestyle right alongside their forever friend.

District West Gables is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. Call our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.

In each of our District West Gables apartments, you'll find stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher, so you can cook to your heart's content in your kitchen with luxe finishes. You'll also find a washer and dryer in every home to help take care of chores, so you can spend more time doing what you love. Our District West Gables apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

Our applications take 1-2 business days to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!

At District West Gables, we want paying rent to be made easy. You can pay online via checking account, or with credit/debit cards by the first of the month. Please note for credit/debit transactions, there is a transaction fee based on the payment amount.

We have three different options for Renter's Insurance, including paying $18 a month to District West Gables, obtaining your own from your agent, or using eRenterplan.com. If you have questions about the Renter's Insurance requirements, please call our leasing team!

For internet and cable providers you can use Xfinity and Comcast, keeping in mind our property offers high-speed internet! 

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes. 

At these District West Gables apartments, our staff will set up your utilities, but you will be responsible for setting up your electricity service with FPL, using the online service HERE.

We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, and well-known bus lines are right within reach at District West Gables.

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in Dade County School District.

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these apartments in West Miami get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in the heart of West Miami, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate.

Local shopping, dining, and entertainment surrounds the community, located just minutes away from the heart of West Miami.

We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move-out that the unit be returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.

Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited 

We want District West Gables to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges! The resident lounges are available for private events for a fee.

District West Gables does not have additional monthly fees. However, you must pay any additional charges for parking/pet rent dependent on resident circumstances.
